  1. You must complete the following Application in full and submit it to our intake team.

  2. Make Sure you fill out the Consent to Release in Section 5 so that we may communicate with any of your case workers, doctors, lawyers or other professionals that may be relevant to your case management while you are in residence.

  3. After you hit the submit button, DO NOT close your browser window or navigate away from the form until you get the Success Notification. If you navigate away or close your browser before you see the Success Notification, your form will not properly be submitted to us.

  4. Once the Application Form has been submitted, we require that the Individual interested in the program call us at (647-554-4673) to discuss why they want to enter the program and their current situation. *Please note we do not accept collect calls

We aim to provide spiritual guidance to individuals suffering from drug and alcohol addiction. 
 
This component of our treatment model recognizes the role of spirituality or a sense of purpose and meaning in recovery from addiction. It acknowledges that individuals often turn to drugs or alcohol as a way to fill a spiritual void, and that finding a sense of purpose and connection to God is a powerful and needed motivator for recovery and life in general.
 
In addressing the spiritual component at Redemption House, treatment will involve daily reflections, reading, opportunities to attend church and other options to grow the relationship between the participant and God.  Redemption House will partner with interdenominational churches and is open to diverse individuals from all spiritual beliefs in the community.
